Warwick Business School is a top-ranking University Based business School.  The FT – Financial Times, ranks Warwick Business School as 1st in the World for its Distance Learning MBA and in the top 20 for its Executive MBA.

Brightbridge is engaged by the business school to work with both Distance Learning MBA’s and Executive MBA’s to help them develop strong leadership and commercial skills for the dynamic world of today and especially tomorrow.

Activities we are involved with include running a case study assessment involving strategic and change management issues, teaching approaches to deal with internal business and external environmental changes and coaching the MBA’s to deal with business related challenges.

We are involved in workshops, seminars and provide extensive ongoing one-to-one coaching.

Such coaching is for leaders and managers associated with the School who hail from top organisations across many sectors including IT, Management consulting, banking, healthcare and oil and gas.

On the surface this may seem a stretch from our focus on Key account management and value focused selling, however its generally well appreciated that key account management and customer focus requires top leadership skills.  Working alongside a top business school in these areas sharpens our own focus and breeds the ability to develop the skills and behaviours of our other clients too.
